Seit ein paar Tagen wissen wir es Ende September will uns CD Projekt RED erneut nach Night City schicken. Dann wird die erste und einzige Erweiterung zu Cyberpunk 2077 erscheinen. In Phantom Liberty treffen wir nicht nur Johnny Silverhand wieder, sondern auch neue Charaktere.
Alles schön und gut, aber es si d beinahe drei Jahre seit der Veröffentlichung des Hauptspiels vergangen – im Spielzeit, eine halbe Ewigkeit. Die meisten haben Cyberpunk 2077 schon lange durch und abgeschlossen. Kann man diese Spieler genug animieren, nochmal Stunden in das Spiel zu investieren? Ich bin da sehr skeptisch, zumal im September eine Menge neue Spiele (u. a. Starfield) erscheinen.
Trotzdem bin ich gespannt auf die Erweiterung. Wird CD Projekt RED ein fehlerfreies Produkt liefern? Wenn Sie das nicht hinbekommen, dürften Sie keine allzu große Zukunft mehr haben. Sie müssen jetzt beweisen, dass sie aus den Fehlern gelernt haben
Ich werde jedenfalls nicht nach Night City zurückkehren, denn ich bin nie mit Johnny Silverhand warm geworden. Da der auch im DLC eine große Rolle spielt, brauche ich nicht lange darüber nachdenken und kann meine Zeit in anderen Spielwelten verbringen.
Ich habe Cyberpunk nicht angerührt und werde das wohl auch mit der Erweiterung nicht tun. Baldur’s Gate 3 und Starfield haben da Vorrang.
